We work with individual schools and trusts to create bespoke solutions to their PUPIL ADMISSIONS and TEACHER RECRUITMENT issues.

This work usually takes the form of day-long analysis and up-skilling sessions that set out the fundamentals of marketing and apply them to an individual school or trust's problems.

We challenge current approaches to marketing within schools and trusts, and equip key staff to use WEBSITES, SOCIAL MEDIA, AI, CUSTOMER CARE and TRADITIONAL MEDIA to tackle falling rolls and poor staff recruitment.

Participants will be encouraged to think differently about the way they communicate and engage.

They will leave with a bespoke solution to their school or trust's problems and the tools to ensure that, going forward, their classrooms and staff rooms are as full as possible every September.
